IF YOU LOOK AT THE 4 ROUNDS THEY ARE LIVE WITH AN IGNITOR FUSE AT BASE, AS I SAID ITS BEEN A WHILE. THESE ARE READY TO FIRE. THE 4 ROUNDS ARERELOADS. I BELIEVE YOU CHANGE THE BOTTOM PRIMER OF OUTER CASING AND NEEDS A NOSE CONE OR CAP. VERY UNIQUE ITEM. ONE OF THE FULL LENGTH EARLY ROUND. BUYER PAYS S/H.
