Payment Information

1. Payment (and FFL if the sale is for a firearm) must be received within 7 days of auction close. After 7 days all non-paying bidders will be reported to AuctionArms and appropriate feedback given with no exceptions.
2. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Money Orders, Certified & Personal Checks for all orders. Personal Checks must clear before your order can be shipped. We will also accept PayPal for non-firearm orders.
3. Please note that the price of this listing reflects a 3% cash discount. Please add 3% to the total price if paying by methods other than Money Order, Certified or Personal Check.
4. For your protection, non-firearm items over $300 can only be shipped to your billing address if paying by a credit card, or to a confirmed address, if paying by PayPal.
5. Please add 7% sales tax to the price of the item for orders shipped to Illinois address or local pickup.
6. We must ship all firearms to a verified FFL holder. You can email of fax us a copy of your dealer's FFL.
7. Your confirmation email will include our email, fax number and payment instructions. Please contact us on AuctionArms if you have any questions.
8. Our business hours are from 9:00am until 8:00pm CST Monday-Thursday & Sunday. Friday is 9:00am until 6:00pm. We are closed on Saturday. We try to respond to customer inquires outside of our normal business hours, but it might not always be possible.
9. We will be happy to combine shipping charges on multiple listing purchases shipping to the same address.
10. Trade-ins are welcome for local customers only. We do not trade over the Internet.

Pricing & Availability

1. Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days after receiving payment and FFL, but please allow up to 5 business days for us to process and ship your order.
2. We have made every effort to ensure accuracy of information in our listings. We assume no liability in the case of any orders arising from typographical errors or incorrect pricing and reserve the right to cancel any such orders.
3. We do our best to update our listings and ensure stock availability, however, on a very rare occasion an item may be sold in our storefront before we receive your order. In this case, we will notify you immediately and try to find a suitable replacement.

Firearm Restrictions

1. Some firearms are not legal in every state. It is your responsibility to verify compliance with the laws of your country, state, and city before bidding. If the item is found not to be in compliance, your order will be subject to our Return policy set forth below.
2. We have the following restrictions by state:
   • California: No hi-cap mags w/o a hi-cap mag permit. No defense/clip fed shotguns. No semi-auto rifles. No M-16 bolts. No ammo w/o a FFL to L.A., Sacramento, & San Francisco, CA.
   • Connecticut: No semi-auto rifles.
   • Hawaii: No handguns w/ mags over 10rds.
   • Illinois: No Ammo without a valid FOID card or FFL. No sales of ammo or magazines to the city of Chicago.
   • Massachusetts: No handguns. No hi-cap mags. No defense/clip fed shotguns. No semi-auto rifles. No ammo.
   • New Jersey: No firearms w/ mags over 15rds.
   • New York State: No shipping to NYC. No handguns w/ mags over 10rds.
   • Washington State: No M-16 bolts.

Shipping & Returns

1. Handguns are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Longguns are shipped via UPS Ground. Non-firearms are shipped either via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Expedited shipping is available for an extra charge. Heavy items such as gun safes are shipped via freight. We insure all our shipments.
2. Our fixed shipping rates are valid only for shipping inside of the lower 48 Contiguous States. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are subject to additional shipping charges. In addition, all ammunition orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are subject to $35 HazMat fee.
3. We do not ship internationally.
4. Local pickups are subject to approval. Please note that some items may not be immediately available for pickup at our storefront location and that firearm pickups are subject to $25 documentary fee.
5. We allow 3 days (7 days for non-firearm items) from the date of delivery for you to inspect the item. In order to be eligible for return, the item must be in NEW condition (i.e., not used, broken or worn), in the original manufacturer's packaging and with all original contents included. In addition, firearms cannot be fired or leave the premises of the FFL dealer that performs the transfer.
6. We do not accept returns on ammunition due to safety reasons. We also do not accept returns on heavy items such as gun safes due to high shipping costs involved.
7. All returns must be authorized by us and are subject to a 10% restocking fee (does not apply to firearms), unless the item is not as described. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

• Unless noted otherwise, all our items are factory new in box and are warranted by their respective manufacturers ONLY. Please contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty issues.
