WHITNEY 45 CAL. CARBINE . GUN IS IN ROUGH SHAPE. THE HAMMER TOP IS BROKEN, THE SADDLE RING IS MISSING, LEVER KEEPER IS MISSING AND THE LOADING PORT IS VERY TIGHT. GUN METAL IS BLACK WITH AGE, WOOD IS ROUGH,DECORATED WITH PERIOD STUDS. GUN WAS OWNED BY AN INDIAN AT SOME POINT IN TIME. CAN'T SEE MUCH RIFLING. NO CLEANING STUFF IN THE BUTT PORT.WORKS FINE MECH. THERE IS A MARK 440AT FAINT BEHIND THE REAR SIGHT. THAT IS THE ONLY MARK I CAN SEE. I HAVE NOT FIRED THIS RIFLE. NO RESERVE.
