We are GOLDEN BEAR SERVICES, INC., a Rock River Stocking Dealer. We list on our auctions a variety of Rock River offerings including Uppers, Lowers, Parts Kits, barrels, stocks, mags, complete firearms and anything else we think you might be interested in. These products are not “Seconds” as someone suggested but factory fresh rifles, pistols and components manufactured by Rock River Arms. As a stocking dealer, we are prevented from advertising any prices lower than the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (SRP). Consequently, the Reserve for this auction is set at the Rock River published SRP. As in any successful business, however, we are always open to the age old exchange between a seller and a prospective buyer known as the “Haggle” and Auction Arms has the perfect vehicle for that environment. What you are bidding for, therefore, is to be the top bidder at the end of the auction so that you can engage in the “1 on 1” exchange with us to perhaps arrive at a mutually satisfactory price. Toward that end, the opening bid is set at our absolute “Keep from bein’ Skinned” price. Remember, in order to make this work you MUST respond to the Haggle. If you ignore it you will not complete the transaction. For those “bottom line” guys, who wish to avoid the “nonsense” and just purchase the item, we have an appropriate “Buy It Now” price set at the manufacturer’s SRP.

The Lower Receiver pictured here will not be the same serial number you receive as a winner of this auction. It is simply unreasonable to expect us to photograph each and every item we offer through this medium. We do, however, guarantee that whatever we put up on this site are items that we have in stock and are ready to ship in a timely fashion. PAYMENT & SHIPPING:

You are bidding on a new Rock River Arms AR15 Stripped Lower Receiver. Buyer pays shipping. Payment can be Money Order, Cashier's Check or Personal Check, which must clear before shipping (allow 10 days). We will ship only to an FFL dealer. Shipping is by UPS or other carrier selected by the seller. Estimated cost for packing, shipping and insurance in the lower 48 states is $12.00 to $16.00.
