The butt stock is marked BATJAC.  This was John Wayne's Hollywood company.  See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Batjac_Productions .  It appears to be OK mechanically and has a firing pin.  It is missing its butt plate and swivels.  The bore is rough.
