This is a decent quality re-creation model 1850 Officer's sword scabbard. Does
not date back to Civil War but looks like it does. Leather scabbard with
mounts & drag. Overall length is about 32", but can be easily fitted to
your sword). Can be made shorter by trimming or longer by moving the top mount
up on the leather. Should fit up to 1 3/16" wide blades. Alot of guys use the
leather off these to restore their original scabbards. If you have a naked Foot
or Staff & Field sword here's a scabbard! Priority shipping is $8.99 in USA. Good
