Our Assessment: It is rare to find this rifle in the U.S.. The straight pull Mannlicher was developed for smokeless powder with a stronger bolt locking wedge. These rifles were used through WWI and even into WWII. Please see pages 23 and 24 of “The Standard Catalog of Military Firearms” by Ned Schwing for more details. Attention collectors. This one is rare.
CA Legal or CA Private Party Transferable: This rifle is classified as an antique and can be sold to anyone 18 years of age with valid ID.
