A Stag gun stock that looks like it was made for a round bottom action originally, but looks to have been opened up for a 98 mauser. Whoever did it got the bottom metal glassed in and then quit. Good solid piece of walnut, No cracks, No breaks, No knots. This came from my friends estate, and he was always picking stuff up at flea-markets so there is no telling who did it. I know it ain't his work because I taught him better.
