ITALIAN VETTERLI M.1870-87 TRUPPE SPECIALI CARBINE: In fair general condition. 42 ½ inch overall length. 10.35mm caliber. Very good metal bearing a pleasing age patina throughout. Fine markings. Unfortunately the right side of the stock has sustained some fire damage (see photos). Fine inspector cartouche. 1872 and 1873 dated. Matching serial numbers.
