• Payment is due within 7 business days of the close of the auction. Please contact us within 2 days of the close of auction so that we can know to expect your payment.
• We accept payment in the form of USPS Money Orders or Certified Checks ONLY.
• We will contact you at the close of the auction with payment instructions and contact info.
• All firearms MUST ship to an FFL! There is no way around this.
• FFLs may be emailed to valhallaboundtactical@gmail.com or mailed with payment. Regrettably, we cannot accept faxed FFLs at this time.
• Auction winners who fail to meet the above requirements will forfeit their rights to the firearm and will be reported as non-paying bidders.
• We are flexible, we can work with you. But you MUST contact us within 2 days of auction close!

Our shipping policies are pretty simple: Shipping is $25 to the continental US, no matter what. If the item is received and is found to be defective, you may return it within 5 days, no matter what. Some more details are outlined below:

• All items ship via common carrier for a flat rate of $25, with adult signature required on delivery
• We do our best to ship items as quickly as posible, almost always within 1-3 business days from recieving payment and FFL. If there is ever a delay, you WILL here from us.
• We WILL not ship an item to a location where it is illegal. If you live in the following states we WILL NOT ship a firearm to you, period: IL, NJ, MA, and currently CA (we are working on being able to ship to CA). Low magazine capacity versions of most firearms are available, just ask BEFORE you bid.
• Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is more. Contact us at valhallaboundtactical@gmail.com for a quote.
• We cannot except returns on firearms unless the item is found to be damaged or defective, and we MUST here from you about the issue within 5 days of delivery. Once you contact us, we will give you instructions for returning the gun to us. All firearm returns are for exchange for the same model ONLY.
• Return items MUST be in like-new, unfired condition, with ALL original packaging and documentation.
