looks like officers field & staff sword i don't see US marked on it but it has francis bannerman military goods 501 broadway new york and also can see germany marked on it. the blade is in exc cond the wrap on the handle is come off has the eagle on the guard and the pommel the scabbard is in exc cond. but i'm sure its a civil war sword anyway its in very good cond.
