    Q:  Is the finish Dulite (blue) or pakerized? Is there any pitting anywhere? Thanks 06/14/2012
        A:  I believe the finish on the 1943 manufactured Ithacas is pakerized. There is very slight pitting on the right side of the slide where you can see the discoloration in the pics, and a touch on the hammer. 06/14/2012

    Q:  Any rust or pits in metal? How is bore? Is gun 100% original as to parts and finish? Any chips or cracks in grips? Is the magazine of the correct period of manufacture? 06/17/2012
        A:  There is very slight pitting on the right side of the slide where you can see the discoloration in the pics, and a touch on the hammer. The bore is in very good condition. Gun is original as to parts and finish? The magazine is NOT of the correct period of manufacture. 06/17/2012
