Firearms Must be shipped to a current FFL holder; Buyer must mail payment and copy of FFL to seller before the gun will be shipped. Buyer must make arrangements with a transfer dealer before placing a bid. If faxing in your FFL please fax to (610) 837- 8698. When faxing please include your Auction Arms auction number. Buyer is responsible for the shipping rate posted above. Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges. Insurance is included with shipping rates stated above, for up to $750.00. If more insurance is needed, you, the bidder , will cover the extra charges. Please email for a quote. We ship via USPS or UPS and only through track able methods such as Ground or Priority. Buyers are responsible for making sure products are legal for use in their area. The buyer agrees to hold the seller not responsible for any damages, injury , or death caused by our merchandize. Please follow your state and local laws and regulations. We strictly adhere to all ATF rules so do NOT ask us to do anything else. The inspection period begins at the time of delivery to your dealer or if antique, delivery to you. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the firearm within this time frame. In case of a return, the buyer pays all shipping costs. This does not cover items damaged in shipment; you must save the damaged shipping box and file a claim with the appropriate shipping company. All returned items must be in the exact condition that they left us. Inspection does not include firing of the firearm, if the buyer does fire the firearm at any time during the inspection period, the sale is considered final. Inspection consists of external examination, functioning the action by hand to see if it operates, checking the bore and having the headspace checked by a gunsmith. No further disassembly is permitted, including but not limited to turning any screws or removing any punch pins. While we make every effort to ensure listings are accurate we are not responsible for typographical errors. We try our hardest to have accurate pictures but again we can not be responsible for errors. We have a retail inventory that changes daily, items that are available when listed may not be immediately available at time of purchase if it is sold in our retail location.
