Winchester Model 37 .410 ga. single shot
This auction is for Winchester Model 37 .410 ga. single shot in very good condition. This shotgun has a top lever break open action, plain walnut stock and forestock, 3” chamber and full choke barrel. The model 37 was introduced in 1936 and discontinued in 1963; they are not serial numbered. This shotgun is in very good condition; the blue is fading a little on the barrel and is worn on the frame behind the forestock and on the trigger guard; still retains 80%+ of original finish. There is evidence of tiny dew rust spots in the bluing which have been mitigated. The wood is in very good condition with some scratches and small bruises; no cracks were observed. The action is tight and the bore is shinny. OAL = ~44 1/4”, LOP = ~14 ¼”, barrel is 28” and weight is ~6 lbs. This is a very nice old .410 ga.

Thus, we prefer the Reserve Auction and the “HAGGLE” feature offered by Auction Arms. About 50% of our sales are completed via the Haggle. In a Reserve auction if the high bidder does not reach the reserve buy to end the auction the high bidder or the seller may institute what Auction Arms calls a Haggle a one-on-one exchange between buyer and seller to try and come to a mutual agreement on a price. For those items that are not on consignment we usually offer a convenient “Buy-It-Now” price.
