Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: None
Our Assessment: The markings on the stock may indicate “Kaiser Franz Garde-Grenadier-Regiment" This regiment fought in France in WWI. This rifle was carried a lot more than it was used. The bore is shootable with good rifling, and the stocks are in good serviceable condition. There is even lots of blue on the barrel. WWI collectors will find this a nice addition and does nto require an FFL or C&R. Here is a great antique Mauser in its original condition.
CA Legal or CA Private Party Transferable: This antique rifle can be sold to anyone 18 years of age with valid ID.
