Markings: The left side of the frame is marked “08212”. The right side of the frame is marked “GRENDEL INC. P – 10 Pistol, Cal. 380 / Rockledge, FL. Made In USA, Pats. Pend.” There is also a crest with a “G” inside.

Sights / Optics: This pistol is mounted with a fixed ramp style front sight and a fixed square notch rear sight. Both the ramp of the front sight, and below the notch on the rear sight have been colored red.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are molded into the frame. The grips have checkering on both sides and serrations front and rear. There is also a Grendel brand grip extension mounted on the bottom of the grip frame. This grip extension has a crack in it that has been repaired. Please see photos. The actual grips rate in about Excellent overall condition. The removable grip extension rates in about Fair overall condition.
Type of Finish: Matte Black Electroless Nickel-Plate
Finish Originality: All Original
Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion, however there are tooling marks visible in the bore.
Overall Condition: This pistol retains about 90% of its metal finish. There are mild scratches in the slide’s finish, but they remain smooth to the touch. Some of the edges and corners are shiny. The hex screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this pistol rates in about Fine Plus condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. This pistol has a fixed internal box magazine. Grendel describes it as “a high capacity magazine integrated in the grip”, it holds 10 rounds. It is loaded from the top, through the ejection port; either single rounds by hand or by using standard 10 round M – 16 stripper clips. We have not fired this pistol.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: There is a factory box with matching serial number provided, as well as the owner’s manual, warranty registration card, accessory parts order card and grip extension paper.
Our Assessment: This Grendel P – 10 has been designed to use a double action trigger similar to a revolver. Like a revolver it has no external safety and “also like a revolver, the P – 10 uses no loose magazines, but has a high capacity magazine integrated in the grip.” From the owner’s manual “It is light weight and smaller than a .38 special Chiefs Special snub nose revolver while having twice the capacity”. If you have a CCW this may be the daily carry gun you have been looking for.
CA Legal or CA Private Party Transferable: This pistol is not on the California “roster of certified for sale handguns”, and can only be sold to a California resident as a private party transaction (PPT) at our shop in Simi Valley. This does not apply to out of state buyers.

USPS Insured shipping will cost $20.
Your item will be shipped within 1 week of receipt of good funds, usually the next day. If you are in Southern California, you are welcome to pick your item up and complete the transfer at our shop in Simi Valley (M-F, 8-5).
This gun can only be shipped to an FFL, and it will be shipped from an FFL. It is your responsibility to ensure that the gun is legal to own and receive in your area. If you would like to be notified when we receive your payment, please obtain a tracking number from your carrier. We receive about 40 checks a day and do not have the staff required to email everyone when we receive checks.
Payment:
Full payment on non-layaway items is required within 14 days. We accept Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, Cash and Personal Checks. No Credit Cards or electronic payments are accepted. To help us properly apply your payment, please indicate what item you have purchased when payment and/or FFL are sent. If you would like to be notified when we receive your payment, please obtain a tracking number from your carrier. We receive about 40 checks a day and do not have the staff required to email everyone when we receive checks.
CA Sales tax applies to CA buyers (7.25%).
Layaways are offered on all items, requiring a 20% non refundable down payment within 7 days of the auction’s close and the balance within 60 days. We do not require prior notice to place an item on the layaway. No returns are accepted on layaway items and the item will be considered abandoned after 60 days.
Successful Bidder Instructions:
You will be invoiced by the morning following the sale. This invoice will include totals for the sale and all instructions.
If you win an item and are not willing or able to complete the sale, you will be liable for 5% of the sale price.
Returns (less shipping) are accepted within 3 days of when the item is delivered with signature confirmation. Returns are very costly for both the buyer and for us, so please ask all of your questions before bidding and please be sure you can legally purchase this item.
