Our Assessment: This is a cool civil war era ladies muff pistol or gamblers type pistol. It is still functional (many are not). These pistols made their way to the states in the mid 1800’s and have been hoarded by collectors ever since. This will be a fine collector addition, and maybe an accessory for a detailed period costume.
CA Legal or CA Private Party Transferable: This pistol is classified as an antique and can be sold to anyone 18 years of age with valid ID.
