Seller's Description

Guns For Sale - Smith & Wesson -- 24-3 44 SPECIAL

NICE!! A practically brand new Model 24 in the 44 special caliber. This was a special make up gun from Lew Hortion Distributing Company in 1984. This baby has a 3" non pinned barrel, fully adjustable sights...white outlined with a red ramp front, smooth combat grips made from Gonacola Alves, a round butt on the "N" frame and a target hammer and trigger to make this one fine accurate shooting handgun. The 44 special caliber is very mild in recoil and many options exist for the handloader with this handgun. This gun has had one owner until you become the buyer and only one cylinder has been fired thru her. Bore is excellent. You will struggle to find any marks on this old girl (one very faint mark on the rear of one chamber of the cylinder which you will hardly see)..she spent most of her time in the box in the safe. Only 5,000 were produced and I don't suspect you will see many as nice as this. I even have the Guns & Ammo magazine from Dec 1984 previewing her production run. Box and factory paperwork included. Good Luck.
