Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We have not fired this rifle.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: An official Marlin leather carrying sling is provided. The sling is in Fine condition with only a few scuff or compression marks. There is also one unmarked magazine which functions correctly.
Our Assessment: This Marlin may never have been fired, but if it was, the shooter handled it, and stored it very carefully. With the exception of the painted sights and mounted sling swivels this rifle appears “like new”. Chambered in .22 W.M.R. this rifle is an excellent gun for pests or small varmint control, particularly when out fitted with a scope. This is your chance to finally be rid of those varmints! This rifle will make a fine graduation present.
CA Legal or CA Private Party Transferable: This rifle can be transferred in California.
