Optics are clear and bright!
What you see in the pics is what you are bidding on. There is no tripod or stand included with this spotting scope. Padded cover is included.

GENERAL
I have been on Auction Arms for years, but only recently have actively begun to sell. I have established significant positive (100%) feedback on other sites. If you are still concerned, I will gladly supply links.
All firearms should be inspected before firing. Unless specifically mentioned in the listing I have not test fired them. I do a visual inspection, check for proper function and missing items, but do not fire them.

PAYMENT
I accept USPS (and other) Money Orders, certified checks and personal checks.
Apologies, but credit cards are not accepted at this time.
I will accept non-certified funds for payment, but shipment will be held until funds clear my bank.
Even with their views on our hobby, I will accept PayPal for items under $100. It is actually the PREFERED method of payment for these less expensive items due to the convenience.
SHIPPING
I will ship firearms to your FFL via USPS Priority/Insured with Delivery Confirmation.
When appropriate, I will ship to C&R licensees.
I am located on the east coast. For rifle purchasers in USPS Zones 6,7 and 8 there will be an additional $10 for shipping.
I am set up to ship to California and will do so. I don’t blame gunowners for the states policies.
Hawaii and Alaska may have additional shipping charges if item will not fit in a USPS Flat Rate Box or needs to be shipped with another carrier.
If you live in Hawaii or Alaska you have tremendous scenery, the trade-off is that I will have to charge actual shipping costs.
INSPECTION
Buyer has a three business day non-shooting ,no disassembly inspection period. Notify me within three days of arrival at your FFL (Confirmed by USPS Delivery Confirmation) and when the item is returned, I will refund your purchase price minus shipping costs.
The only time the previous paragraph is not the case is if I have checked the “AS IS – No refund or exchange’. Please be sure to look at that part of the listing so there is no confusion.
SALES TAX
If you are in Pennsylvania, I will have to charge sales tax. Additionally as a start up business, I am not currently available to do transfers. Scheduling has proven to be frustrating for customers, so even in PA, I will need to ship to your FFL. Understanding this is an inconvenience, I will work with you on any in state shipping.
