Our Assessment: Dan Wesson revolvers are famous for some of their model’s ability to interchange barrels. This “Pistol Pac” was a factory offering of 2 ½, 4, 6, and 8 inch barrels in a fitted case with an extra set of grips, four extra front sights, barrel wrench, cylinder gap gauge, decal and belt buckle. Only the decal and belt buckle are not provided. Parts for these guns are still available through CZ who has purchased this company. This is a chance to own what is arguably the most versatile revolver made. The option exists to have a concealed carry gun, a service pistol, a target pistol and a hunting handgun simply by changing barrels. These guns are known for their accuracy, and with the longer 12” and 15” barrels (not provided) are used in Silhouette competition. This four barrel set should warm the cockles of any Dan Wesson collector. Don’t let this one get away.
CA Legal or CA Private Party Transferable: This revolver is not on the California “roster of certified for sale handguns”, and can only be transferred to a California resident as a private party transaction (PPT) at our shop in Simi Valley. This does not apply to out of state buyers.
