NO RESERVE!! Here's a little beauty for someone who'd like to carry the "Cadillac of revolvers". This is a Colt Python .357 Magnum that's constructed of stainless steel and wears the hard-to-find 2-1/2" barrel. This revolver is in excellent condition. The finish is polished stainless but I am not sure that it is the factory "Bright Stainless Steel" but that has been custom polished to a similar mirror-like shine. This revolver is in fine shape with just a few minor handling marks including one small nick in the right edge of the barrel rib. There is no rust or any pitting. It is fitted with a set of wrap-around finger-groove rubber grips with gold Colt medallions. The mechanics are in good working order with good timing and lock-up. The bore is excellent with bright, sharp rifling. The action is typical Python...buttery smooth. According to the serial number this revolver would have been manufactured in the late 1980's. The Colt Python revolver was an expensive gun to produce and was sadly discontinued in 2005. Prices continue to rise on what was one of the finest production revolvers of all time. The 2-1/2" Stainless Python is one of the harder to find variations.
