Up for auction is very nice condition Enfield Rifle chambered for British .303 Caliber, Made in USA by Savage Arms under British Lend Lease Program in 1942. It is marked 'US Property'. This rifle has a good rifling but the bore is dark and need good cleaning. It is all original and in solid condition with no damage to wood or metal. Action/mechanism is perfect. This will make a great representative of this model and a good shooter. I added a brass butt plate and looks beautiful! The sling is not original but very good. You will not be disappointed.
