All auctions are subject to prior sale UNTIL first bid is posted OR until the reserve is met, whichever is applicable.

All firearms sales are subject to a three day inspection period on the premises of your FFL dealer. In the unlikely event of a return, shipping charges are not refundable, unless the return is caused by our error in description. All guns are insured. If the gun arrives damaged it is the buyers responsibility to file a claim. Contact us and we will get you the insurance mail receipt. The USPS requires the original packaging of the damaged item in order to file a claim, so keep the original packaging. You must call us for a return authorization prior to any return. Under no circumstance will we pay for FFL transfer fees. We will not ship anything to any jurisdiction where possession of same may be in violation of any law.
Payment arrangements MUST be made within 5 days, AND payment made WITHIN 14 days of auction close or item will be relisted and negative feedback left. Any payment made after 14 days following auction close will be noted as a slow payer AND will receive negative feedback. Any bidder that pays after 14 days have elapsed will be placed on our blocked bidder list. There are no exceptions to these policies on payment.
Multiple items will be combined for shipping discounts. Unless otherwise set forth in the auction, the shipping charge for handguns is $25.00, for long guns $65.00. Auctions that close on Sundays will not receive invoices until the following business day.
WHEN SENDING PAYMENTS BY MAIL, YOU MUST PROVIDE US WITH EITHER A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE WITH YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION AND SHIPPING ADDRESS ON IT, OR A SEPARATE SHEET OF LETTER SIZE PAPER WITH YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION, INCLUDING PHONE NUMBER, AND THE ITEM NUMBER. ALSO A FFL, We accept Visa and Mastercard @ 3% all auctions are cast discounted. and checks and Money Orders. Personal checks delay shipment by one week.

All Guns are given a visual inspection only and should be checked by a qualified gunsmith. By bidding on an item you are agreeing that Gun Runners is not Liable in any way shape or form.
