    Q:  are there any military markings or inspector stamps on the gun, and also is there a v on the serial # on the butt? How is the bore condition? Ant additional info would be helpful. Thanks, Ron 06/04/2012
        A:  Yes there is a "V", it is underneath the lanyard in the photo. Bore condition is great, 85%. No other military marks or stamps. 06/05/2012

    Q:  Might be very faint but does this revolveer have US Property stamped on the top strap? 06/10/2012
        A:  No it does not, this was a lease gun. 06/12/2012

    Q:  The right grip should have the revolver's serial number stamped on the inner surface. Does this grip have that SN? Is there a "P" on the upper left side of the frame? 07/04/2012
        A:  There is no "P" on the gun. The grip is numbered "27669", the gun is numbered "25286". 07/05/2012
