This listing's for an EXTREMELY RARE, 100% authentic signature of TWO-time Medal of Honor recipient Lt. Cdr. John C. McCloy, USN(1876-1945). McCloy was awarded his first MOH for valor during the Boxer Rebellion. He received his second MOH for valor during the Vera Cruz campaign. In addition, he was awarded the Navy Cross for valor during WW1. McCloy is buried in Arlington National Cemetery. This is a signature that was most likely clipped from an album or event program of some sort. It is personally signed by McCloy in black fountain pen, and measures 3x4". Ink is a bit faded, as you would expect, but is still clean and crisp. There is a small tear on the left edge that does not affect the signature at all. The new owner can trim this off is he so desires. See the pics. Ask questions prior to bidding as I'm offering this RARE, older piece in "as is" condition. Shipping will be $3. Insurance is an optional $3.40. Give this some thought as I do not issue refunds or credits on any uninsured item damaged or mysteriously "lost" in the mail. Combined shipping is automatic, so feel free to check out my other listings. I have been collecting military-related signatures and militaria for over 40 years. I have lots of collectible militaria available including many original WW2 patches, some named pieces, and several other MOH/Military signatures. You never know what you'll find. ******* SUPPORT OUR TROOPS!!! ********
