Oak base, steel arms and pins. Brass ball rammer. Works with Ruger old army don't know if it fits other brands.I tried it on a Pietta 1858 army and it loaded it. Cylinder not included. Will be taken apart to ship in a flat rate box. Hand made by me. U.S.Postal money order only.
