Guns For Sale - Japanese -- Sporterized 6.5 rifle

This auction is on a sporterized 6.5 caliber Japanese rifle. The original stock has been replaced with a custom stock and Pachmayr recoil pad. The front and rear sights have been replaced with Marbles open sights. The bolt has been turned down for a scope. The receiver HAS NOT been drilled and tapped for scope mounts. The trigger and floor plate are the original military. I am selling this rifle as is as I have not shot it. Item ships within the continental U.S. only Will be shipped within two working days after payment has been received. Payment must be by POSTAL MONEY ORDER You must provide an address of an FFL dealer and a copy of the FFL dealers license.If payment has not been received within five working days after invoice has been received the item will be relisted. Please let me know if you would like insurance added to the shipping on this item. The winner of the auction will pay all shipping and insurance fees

    Q:  What is the condition of the riffling in the barrel? Does the bolt # match the receiver? Thank You 02/24/2012
        A:  The rifling is clean and sharp no signs of pitting. Not shure what you are asking about the bolt matching the receiver. They did not put ser. nums on the bolts if that is what you are asking. There is little play in the bolt and it does lock up tight. 02/25/2012

    Q:  Will you accept a Curio and Relic license for this rifle as it is well over 50 years old and listed on the ATF Curio and relic listings. I normally ask this question as some sellers aren't familiar with the Curio/Relic FFL, what it applies to etc. Thanks for your time as I realize it is valuable to you. Doug 03/01/2012
