Buyer Tip: If you're the
High Bidder in an auction when it closes, don't assume you're the final High Bidder.
Someone could outbid you in the final seconds of the auction if your Max Bid isn't
high enough. You're not the high Bidder until you've been notified by email that
you are. All Auctions are conducted in Pacific Time.
This is a Russian M38 carbine made at the Izhevsk arsenal in 1939. This is the first year of production of the M38 carbine, and only a handful were made. If your trying to fill out your Mosin Nagant m/38 collection, this one is definitely hard to find!
In standard Russian refub condition, gun has nearly 100% blueing, a m/44 carbine stock, and the barrel has been counter bored. All numbers match.
Please Note: I am in the process of liquidating my collection, please view my other auctions. All are being sold without reserve; it all has to go! Please feel free to ask any questions, or request additional pictures.
