Mosin Nagant M91 made in 1915 by New England Westinghouse. In WWI Russia contracted with New England Westinghouse and Remington to make rifles to supplement Russian production. This gun was one of those delivered to Russia. And then used by the communists. The imperial eagles are completely scrubbed. In good condition with about 50% blueing remaining, and solid wood. Bore is dark, and very worn. It will probably clean up nice, but the lands and grooves look worn to the point that I wouldn't expect the gun to be accurate. Of course, I've shot rifles like this, and they've turned out to be very accurate. Regardless, this is rifle is a neat bit of history. A Russian rifle made in the United States for the Russian empire. Please Note: I am in the process of liquidating my collection, please view my other auctions.
