Buyer Tip: If you're the
High Bidder in an auction when it closes, don't assume you're the final High Bidder.
Someone could outbid you in the final seconds of the auction if your Max Bid isn't
high enough. You're not the high Bidder until you've been notified by email that
you are. All Auctions are conducted in Pacific Time.
NO RESERVE! This Shotgun is a Sears (J. C. Higgins model 583.16) that was Mfg. by Hi Standard years ago for their (J. C. Higgins) Store Brand. It's a bolt action repeater chambered in 12 Ga. for 2 3/4 in. shells. It has a 28 in. barrle with a mirror bright bore. The LOP is 13 5/8in. The condition of this Shotgun is excellent with the original finish rateing at 95%+ with no rust or pitting and the wood being equally as good with virtually no flaws with the exception of a couple of very light handling marks. It has been shot, but very little and all of the mechanics are in excellent operation condition. This one has been sitting around in a closet for many years and it's difficult to find one in this condition. Thanks for looking.
