This is a very high quality re-creation Bayonet for the
1863 58 cal. Remington "Zouave" rifle. It is complete with
leather scabbard that has brass drag & top mount with frog
stud!
Brass handle/grip with spring loaded lug lock. 19 3/4"
blade is 1" wide at ricasso. Unstopped fuller. NO MARKINGS.
That's right, no cheesy import markings like Made in
Mexico, India, Pakistan or any other import markings.
Inside diameter of barrel ring is about .90" Can be made
larger to fit other muskets if need be with a little
filing, which is easy in the brass. Leave it outside for
awhile until the patina is just right & you'll have a piece
that will look 100% Civil War! A nice looking heavy duty &
