Rifle offered is from an estate and is a Ruger 10-22 manufactured in 1996. The gun has been custom built for small bore bench rest competition. It is housed in Fajen Thumbhole Silhouette stock which has been glass bedded. The original barrel has been replaced with a Shilen 18”X1” heavy target barrel which appears to be a 1 in 9” twist. It is scoped with a Bushnell Sportview 3X9X32. I believe the trigger package has not been replaced but has been stoned and does have an extremely crisp break occurring between 1 ¾ and 2 #. There is one spot on the forward edge of the trigger guard which shows wear. Beyond that the rifle is extremely clean in superb condition having come from the collection of a very serious bench rest shooter. Weapon is to be transferred through an FFL holder. Winner pays only the actual shipping fees as I am not into making money using the “Flat Rate” thing. Once I learn the shipping information I will create an estimate + a few bucks to be certain. Once the weapon is shipped I will return any unused funds by next day mail and email scanned copies of the shipping documents to the winner. I greatly prefer to use the Post Office as they won’t simply drop the package of on the doorstep and leave it. In addition, they are often times less expensive than FedEx and UPS. Having made that point, I will use any express service the winner prefers. Personal checks are absolutely welcome as long as the winner understands I will have to withhold shipping until certain the check has cleared. Certified checks/money orders get next day service.
