Sears Ted Williams Model 53, same as Model 70 Winchester (this is not the select feed pre-64 type). Comes with fixed 4 power Ted Williams scope that I believe is a Redfield. Walnut stock that has been nicely refinished with a few handling marks. Hinged floor plate, 30.06, The recoil pad is a replacement that has not been fitted well to the stock (looks like it has not been sanded down). Overall a very nice rifle. No overseas or California sales. If you live in California please do not bid. Must ship to an FFL no C&R's sorry. Shipping is $25 to the lower 47 states, Alaska and Hawaii will be higher. Payment via money order, bank cashiers check or personal check. Postal money order or bank cashiers checks will ship right away. I expect payment within 7 days of auction close.Any other type of money order or personal check must clear my bank before shipping. If you live in the great State of Texas I must charge sales tax. 3 day not firing inspection if you do not like this rifle for any reason return it for a full refund (you pay the shipping both ways). has this rifle been refinished it looks like it has been but looks are not what they might appear. Dennis

The wood has been refinished which I noted in my desciption but I don't think the metal has, but not sure. It does not look like it has. I got it from the orginal owner who bought it in 64 (it is not the pre-64 select feed type). He told me the wood had been redone and they appear to have done a nice job. The recoil pad needs to be fitted better.
