Up for auction is a beautiful Mauser Broomhandle Pistol known to many collectors as "RED NINE". This one is a very early manufactured pistol procured by German Imperial Army in 1916 and survived almost 100 years in excellent conditiion with all matching serial numbers on all parts including grips. The bore is excellent, finish condition is rated 95-97% with some light corrosion on the left front end of the barrell.

Overall, this pistol represents a nice and rare example of the weapon often issued to German Stormtroopers duting WW1 trench fightings.
