Markings: The barrel is marked “Winchester 22 S, L or LR – Model 121 / Made In New Haven Conn. U.S.A.”. The serial number is found on the left side of the frame. The Winchester proof is found on the top of the barrel and the frame.

Sights / Optics: The gun is mounted with a dovetail set front blade with a bead and a dovetail set rear leaf sight, missing the sight and elevator.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stocks are lightly finished smooth wood. There are handling marks, dings and scratches present, but no cracking. Most of the wear is on the belly of the stock. The LOP measures 13 ½”. The stocks rate in about Good overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion.
Overall Condition: This gun retains about 80% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows surface freckling from poor storage, primarily on the left side of the frame. The barrel shows marking and scratching. Some white paint has rubbed onto small section of the barrel. The Screw heads are very good, though evidencing some use. The markings are crisp. Overall, this gun rates in about Very Good condition.
Mechanics: The action functions as designed, though we have not test fired this rifle.
