End of Auction
At the end of each auction, a Confirmation Letter, containing the total amount due, will be emailed to the successful bidder within 24 hours unless the auction closes on a weekend or holiday.
Methods Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Cashier's Check. Business & Personal Checks have a 10 day hold. Sorry, no exception. Any payment not received within 10 days from the date of the mailing of the Confirmation Letter will be considered a Default, the item re-listed and a possible Negative Feedback to the purchaser.
Sales tax of 8.375% will be charged to all auctions that are shipped anywhere in the state of California. Even if the bidder is out of state and wants the item shipped somewhere in California. If a business in California wants an item shipped Tax Free, a copy of the Resale License must be mailed or faxed to us prior to shipping.
We will ship world wide, except, but not limited to, Nigeria, Pakistan and Russia. If you are a bidder wanting an item, other than Firearms, shipped out of the USA, you must email us and ask if we will ship there. Otherwise, if you win an auction without prior approval, we might not ship the item. All shipping prices are quoted for the USA only.If you are not in the USA and win an auction, please email your shipping address and any special requests such as a specific carrier or if you want overnight, 2 or 3 day delivery or the cheapest possible delivery with no time limit for the carriers delivery. We will then notify you with the shipping amount.
We ship only to a CONFIRMED ADDRESS with PayPal. If the item you purchased is on the PayPal Contraband List, (such as a firearm), then you will have to make other arrangements for payment.
We ship only 3 Day Priority Mail, United States Postal Service. All items will be shipped withing 7 days of receipt of payment. The 7 days does not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. We are closed these days.

No combined shipping of firearms in the same package. Insurance is mandatory and will be added to this amount.
Firearm Trigger Lock Policy:
We do not and will not supply trigger locks for any firearms purchased on Auction Arms.
BATF requires a trigger lock when you either purchase a firearm(s) or when you take delivery of a firearm(s) from your state FFL Dealer.
Please make arrangements with your FFL Dealer doing the firearm(s) transfer, to purchase an approved trigger lock from the FFL Dealer or purchase your own approved trigger lock when you pick up your firearm(s).
Any Firearm shipped to our shop from out of state or a dealer to dealer intrastate transfer will require a CFLC number.
Firearms will only be shipped to a Licensed Federal Firearms Dealer. Before we ship a firearm, the amount owed must be paid in full. We accept Faxed / Emailed (scanned) FFL's under these conditions:
c. Must be confirmed from the BATF Web Site.
d. Include a cover letter, with the auction number, Auction Arms Bidder ID & actual name of the winning auction winner.
e. If a FFL is not legible, a mailed copy will be required.
f. All FFL's are filed with the paperwork of each firearm sold. Requiring a new FFL for each and all future purchases.
Our fax number is 209-551-0421 and our email is email@example.com. All firearms shipped require an FFL. This includes all Curios and Relics. All firearms will only be shipped to the address stated "premises" on the FFL. We will not ship to any other address.
Refunds & Returns
Any items that are damaged, defective or not as described must be reported within 24 hours of the item being delivered. This must be done in
writing by an email only. All correspondence will be done through emails and not over the telephone. We may talk over the phone but any agreements or conditions must be in writing in the form of an email. This way there will be no misunderstandings between us as what was said and promised.
If we agree to a Full Refund, the conditions below are required for the Return. A full refund is the purchase price of the item, shipping, and the insurance of the item. Also the Return Postage and Insurance will be reimbursed to the customer.
All item(s) must be returned by the same carrier as delivered. (unless a
faster delivery or other shipping carriers was requested by the customer when purchasing, if other than US General Delivery or 3 Day Priority Mail). If item(s) are returned by a different carrier and the expense of the return shipping is more than the original shipping amount, the difference will be deducted from the Refund Amount.
Insurance is required for the all Returned Item (s). Insurance is to be rounded off to the nearest $100.00 of the purchase price when Returned. If insurance is not placed on the returned item(s) and there is damage, the repair or replacement amount of the returned item(s), will be deducted out of the Refund Amount.
All insurance claims with the postal service must me made at the purchaser’s post office. Do not send the damaged item back to us. You keep the item and the Postal service sends “you” the check for the damaged item. If an item(s) is damaged and then returned without the insurance paperwork being filed with the customer’s post office, the Refund Amount will be null and void.
If there is a problem with paying for the item, please notify us, rather than ignore our emails. Maybe we can work something out. We understand that sometimes things happen. So to avoid possible Negative Feedback, contact us.
