Excellent DH Grade 12 Ga Parker Circa 1917

Offered herein and just acquired from a local

estate just a few miles from the original factory in Meriden, Connecticut is this superb Parker “DH”

Grade 12 gauge side by side shotgun.

This shotgun, produced in 1917, has 32” barrels

which are choked CYL & CYL. The barrels retain approximate98%+ blue with slight thinning and wear near breech. The receiver is wonderfully engraved with panel hunting dog scene and waterfowl and retains much of original case colors the

majority of which has turned to a silvery color

with flashes of prominent case color. Double triggers.

Hand cut checkering on pistol grip. Wood shows just light wea

r with associated use marks but all sound. Length of pull approximately 14-1/2” to end of the Jostan pad which was added. The bores of this fine shotgun are about MINT.
