    Q:  Hello, Is this pre-ban and i see it said goverment only can A civilian buy this colt? 12/11/2011
        A:  Yes any civilian that lives in a state that allows high capacity mags can own this gun,and no this gun is not preban. The original owner bought it new around 7 years ago. Thanks for looking! 12/11/2011
