This is a beautiful Alaskan in .454. I traded into it at a local gun show.
If I didn't already have one, I would keep this one. It is an awesome gun, perfect sidearm for hunting dangerous game like hogs or bear in brush.
Short enough to draw and bring to bear quickly, heavy enough to _help_ tame recoil, with enough energy to stop anything walking in North America.
This gun looks almost new. There is discoloration where two cylinders have been fired, and a drag line around the cylinder from people at the gun show spinning it.
It really looks like it has only been fired twice.
I carry one and love it, but beware, recoil from a hot .454 is quite stout, and muzzle blast is impressive. If you are recoil sensitive, this isn't for you.
There isn't really anything else to say. I don't have the box or papers for this one, but it does look nearly new.
A truly awesome gun. Heck if it doesn't sell in a week or so, I'll probably pull the auction and put it in the gun safe as a back up for my other one:)
This must ship to an FFL. I don't have an FFL, but will provide a copy of my ID to your guy for his paperwork. Make sure your FFL will accept a gun from an ordinary citizen. Some will, some won't.
If you are near Altus, or OKC, we can arrange a face-to-face pick-up, and save you shipping.
Shipping on this beast is $25.00 to the lower 48.
