Finish Originality: All original.
Bore Condition: The rifling is The bore is dirty with a band of light rust about 10 inches from the breech but otherwise is in fair condition. There is some erosion.
Overall Condition: This gun retains about none of its metal finish. The balance of the finish has turned gray and shows signs of steel wool/sanding and erosion. The Screw heads are servicable with some minor disfiguration. The markings are somewhat obscured. Overall, this gun rates in about poor condition.
Mechanics: The action functions. The lever opens the action, the hammer locks back and releases with trigger pull. We did not test fire this shotgun..
