Markings: The left side of the barrel has he "Warning / M-1", the right side of the barrel is marked "45 AUTO A.D.C.O. Waco. TEX". The left side of the frame is marked with the safety instructions and the right side is marked with the serial number.

Sights / Optics: The gun is mounted with a raised integral front sight and a notch barrel rear sight.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock(s) is/are rosewood and in very good condition.

Finish Originality: All Original
Bore Condition: The rifling is sharp and deep. The bore is bright. A little bit of fouling needs to be cleaned up, but there is no apparent erosion.
Overall Condition: This gun retains about 90% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows just minor use with some scratches showing on the right side of the frame at the release lever. There is some loss on the left side of the trigger guard at the frame.. The Screw heads are in good serviceable condition. The markings are clear. Overall, this gun rates in about excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not test fire this gun.
Box & Accessories: There is no box.
Our Assessment: This is a great small package in a big caliber. This gun is capable of shooting all the variations of .45 ACP and will shoot the light loads that will not cycle an auto. this is just an easily concealed and a powerful carry gun for the trail. Have some fun.
CA Legal or CA Private Party Transferable: This gun is not on the California list of “certified for sale handguns” and can only be transferred in California as a private party transfer at our shop in Simi Valley. This does not apply to out of state buyers.
Shipping:
USPS Insured shipping will cost $20.
Your gun will be shipped within 1 week of receipt of payment, usually the next day and you will receive an email notification with a tracking number upon receipt of your payment to let you know that we have received it.
This gun can only be shipped to an FFL, and it will be shipped from an FFL. It is your responsibility to ensure that the gun is legal to own and receive in your area. Please include a copy of your dealer’s license with payment. We will need CLFD numbers for CA FFL’s to ship. We are FFL dealers and comply with all Federal, State and Local laws.
Payment:
Full payment on non-layaway items is required within 14 days. We accept Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, Cash and Personal Checks. No Credit Cards or electronic payments are accepted.
CA Sales tax applies to CA buyers (8.25%).
Layaways are offered, requiring a 20% non refundable down payment within 7 days of the auction’s close and the balance within 60 days. No returns are accepted on Layaway items.
Successful Bidder Instructions:
You will be invoiced the morning after the sale. This invoice will include totals for the sale and all instructions.
If you win an item and are not willing or able to complete the sale, you will be liable for 5% of the sale price.
Returns (less shipping) are accepted within 3 days of when the item is delivered with signature confirmation. Returns are very costly for both the buyer and for us, so please ask all of your questions before bidding and please be sure you can legally purchase this item.
