Markings: The left side of the barrel is marked "Reck Single Action .22 L.R. Cal". The right side of the barrel is marked "Made in West Germany". The serial number is on the left side of the frame, under the cylinder. There are 3 proof marks on the left side of the frame, forward of the cylinder and another on the left side of the barrel at the frame. The underside of the barrel is also serial numbered.

Sights / Optics: The gun is mounted with a fixed ramp front sight and a dovetail set, windage adjustable rear sight.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock(s) is/are oiled two piece wood grips. The right grip shows work at the bottom to narrow the profile. Otherwise, the grips show only light handling and storage marks and are generally sound.
Type of Finish: Blued Barrel / Painted (?) Aluminum Frame
Finish Originality: Factory Original
Bore Condition: The rifling is slightly dirty, but otherwise mirror. There is no apparent erosion.
Overall Condition: This gun retains about 70% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows wear and age loss. There is some loss at the muzzle, patina and erosion. There is also some light scattered surface erosion. The edges and points show loss, but no erosion on the frame. The Screw heads are marred, but serviceable. The markings are visible and crisp. Overall, this gun rates in about good condition.
Mechanics: The action functions. The timing is good and the springs are strong. Assembly and disassembly is a bit difficult when it comes to replacing the base pin.

Our Assessment: Here is an affordable single action .22 LR revolver. These West German guns are reasonably well made (for the price) and serve the same purpose as the Ruger single Sixes and Colt New Frontiers at literally a fraction of the price.

Your gun will be shipped within 1 week of receipt of payment, usually the next day and you will receive an email notification with a tracking number upon receipt of your payment to let you know that we have received it.
This gun can only be shipped to an FFL, and it will be shipped from an FFL. It is your responsibility to ensure that the gun is legal to own and receive in your area. Please include a copy of your dealer’s license with payment. We will need CLFD numbers for CA FFL’s to ship. We are FFL dealers and comply with all Federal, State and Local laws.
Payment:
Full payment on non-layaway items is required within 14 days. We accept Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, Cash and Personal Checks. No Credit Cards or electronic payments are accepted.
CA Sales tax applies to CA buyers (8.25%).
Layaways are offered, requiring a 20% non refundable down payment within 7 days of the auction’s close and the balance within 60 days. No returns are accepted on Layaway items.
