Whitneyville Armory .22 Gambler’s pistol (circa 1875) . 5 shot 22 short , brass frame . Whitneyville Armory was the name of the factory in CT run by the Son of the famous Eli Whitney in the 1870’s . This pistol is in very good condition and fires . The trigger pull is VERY hard due to the replacement trigger spring . It can fire modern .22 shorts but no warranty is expressed especially if this revolver is often fired with modern ammunition . Bore is good but dark . Early model cylinder rod , I cant remove . Grips are original with matching serial but are not original to this gun. I am getting low on my personal inventory of guns I must sell as Im unemployed . The price is reasonable and within the market value per condition . Antique , no FFL or C&R required . Must be 21 years old . ID required .
