Seller's Description

Guns For Sale - Savage -- Model 24F Over/Under .22 Hornet 12 Gauge

Up for auction is a Savage Model 24F Rifle/Shotgun combo. This would make a great Turkey or Varmint Gun. The gun is in very good condition and looks to have been used very little. The top rifle barrel is a 22 Hornet caliber and the bottom shotgun barrel is a 12 gauge 3" mag with a extra full extended turkey choke installed. The serial number is G113949. The gun has Weaver scope rings with a 3-9 Bushnell Sportsview scope. Comes with a rubberized detachable sling. The rear sight has been removed for scope installation (dovetail style). The stock and forearm are synthetic, blueing is very good, and both bores are very good. Sorry no sales to California or anywhere prohibited by Law - FFL Required - I am a licensed FFL dealer. Email me with any questions and I will answer them to the best of my ability. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding. DISCLAIMER: This gun is being sold as is and has not been tested by me. Questions for Users
Q:  Hello, I am interested in your gun. Where in PA are you located? Would I need to pick from and FFL dealer to ship it to? Can you tell me more about it, since you have never fired it, like how you acquired it? Have you fired it since listing it? thanks 11/14/2010
A:  I bought the gun at a auction sale. I have not fired the gun but as I stated it is in very good condition and seems to have been used very little. These Savage 24F's are very good quality guns - I have the same gun in 222/12 in my personal collection. You would not be disappointed very nice rifle. I am located in SW PA close to Ligonier. Depending where you live you would need to come purchase the gun at my shop or get a local FFL lined up for me to ship it to - they usually charge around $20 -$25 for there transfer service. Thanks for your interest....... 11/15/2010
