Modified SCHMIDT RUBIN BAYONET FROG. K31 1911 1918

You are bidding on a modified SCHMIDT RUBIN BAYONET FROG. K31 1911 1918. The larger Sawback scabbard will also fit this frog. Modified as the Buckle was removed and the strap was attached to the frog , and a retaining post added. Dated "52", It has the other Swiss markings on the back. If you have a Schmidt Rubin Bayonet without the leather tab on the scabbard, or the tab is beyond repair, this frogs for you. I'm told these were modified by the Swiss military, it's definately a professional job. Has the needle holes where the buckle used to be. Shipping will be a flat rate of $5.65 priority flat rate to any zip. I combine shipping whenever possible. If it fits in the flat rate box, no additional charge for shipping.
