This is a Charles Daly Model 500 side-by-side shotgun that we have taken in on consignment. It sports 30" barrels with full and modified chokes, chambered for 2 3/4" 12 gauge shells. The blued finish is in excellent condition, showing very little wear. The stock and forearm show minor scratches and dings, but no chips or cracks. A White Line pad has been added, with a 14 1/2" length of pull from the front trigger. Numbers match on lower tang, water table, and forearm. Bores are bright and shiny. Serial number is 1951**.
Buyer pays $25.00 shipping for a long gun (48 states). This gun must be shipped to an FFL dealer for transfer, subject to all local laws. If listed as a curio & relic auction, a Curio & Relic License is acceptable. US sales only, no exports. NO RESERVE!!!

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not take credit card payments over the phone. The high bidder will receive an email after the auction closes with payment instructions and a signature form for paying by credit card. All auction prices reflect a 3% discount that cannot be earned when paying with a credit card. If we have not been paid within 10 days of auction closing, the item will be relisted. Sorry, we do not offer layaway.
Yes, we ship to California, but please check with your dealer before bidding to make sure the gun is legal in California.
We ship handguns via Priority Mail, which takes 2-4 business days. Sorry, priority mail does not provide tracking numbers. We ship long guns via UPS Ground, which takes 4-7 working days. UPS sends a tracking number via email directly to the customer within 24 hours shipment. IMPORTANT: We are not able to provide tracking numbers over the phone.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You have 3 days from the time of delivery to your dealer for inspection. If you are unhappy for any reason, please return it for a refund. Please note, guns may not be fired during the inspection period. We do not offer price adjustments. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you have any questions, please contact us before bidding.
We visually inspect all firearms, but we do not test fire them. All firearms should be inspected by a qualified gunsmith if purchased other than as collectibles.
