Exc. .30-06 Early Woodmaster with Scope Offered herein is a vintage 1950s Remington

Model 740 Woodmaster

.30-06 semi-auto magazine rifle with scope.

The Model 740 was made only from 1955-59

and the .30-06 caliber was the first caliber

introduced with this fine rifle.

This specimen, serial number 156251 has seen use but has been well

cared for and is in excellent condition.

The barrel and receiver retain 99%+ finish and has a minty bore. The stock has seen light use and has a few marks otherwise in EXCELLENT PLUS condition.

It comes also with a vintage 1950s Weaver K4 scope and mounts.
