| Comments: The Neutral feed back is because upon receipt of gun, found action would not fully open,stuck half open, and hard to close action. When I notifed seller of same, the prompt reply was that it opened and closed for him just fine for the auction photo w/ no offer to rectify the issue. Weak. |

| Rebuttal: The buyer did not respond further as to any desired outcome after my reply so it was assumed everything was fine after that. If it had been a further problem he had options under the Auction Arms Policy to request to return it within the 72 hour inspection period, but did not choose to do so. |
