Thread Title: "Has the "send invoice" function been moved/hidden/lost"
TCAST

I had noticed that the "send invoice" button on the selling screen had changed to "sold items" button but had not had a real reason to investigate, today however I was going to send an invoice for a couple of items that I had sold and found that this function seems to have been removed and for whatever reason the "sold Items" button is basicly the same as the "closed auctions" choices. Is there something I am missing? usually I send out an invoice with any sale and have the details of who to make the payment to, where to send, ect, in the comments and make some type of contact with the customer and I am not really sure if I am just missing it or if this function had been removed from the site.

Thanks for the help

Tim

I agree 100% where did it go and why were the sellers not informed on how to send an invoice now or the new process that needs to be done.

Thanks.  I found it in closed auctions in the header not under each auction as before. It's a little hard to find but now I know.

I have to comment on this, when I read the reason for changing this. Why would anyome not want to use an invoice? Its all figured out for you in a nice format the math is done when you add shipping. I guess you could make your own but why would you want to do that when its all done for you. Manny says hardly anyone uses the invoices. I have always used them, its a little harder to get to now extra steps are necessary but that is change and we all have to accept it.
